Digital Products: No Return Needed
The Soap It Signature Collection and its bonus guides are digital products (downloadable PDF files). Because nothing is shipped to you, there is nothing to send back. You do not need to return anything to get your refund.
How to Request a Refund

When You Will Receive Your Refund
Once your refund is approved, it is sent back to your original payment method (card or PayPal). Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
